Job Description
Manage e-commerce platforms relationships
Maintain business partnerships with e-commerce platforms, shipment companies, and rest of stakeholders
Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website
Monitor fulfillment of customers orders via delivery service
Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customers’ orders
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs over digital platforms
Prepare incites reports on customers sales and feedback
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in the fashion field is a plus
- E-commerce Exp. or online sales is a must
- Excellent salesmanship skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
