Job Description
- Prospect active real estate brokers companies and facilitate the process of signing marketing contracts with these companies.
- Visit real estate brokers' companies and establish relations with real estate agents in these companies.
- communicate with real estate brokers (regular visit / call / WhatsApp groups )
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements etc.)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with real estate and/or construction complex organizations is an asset.
- Office and internet.
- minimum of 2 years of real estate experience is needed.
- Fixed salary + commission.
