Job Description
A growing premium women’s fashion and activewear brand in Cairo is looking for a creative, motivated and hands on
Social Media & Brand Growth Specialist to join the team.
We are looking for someone who understands fashion, social media, ecommerce and the female lifestyle audience, and
who genuinely enjoys building brands.
This is not simply a media buying role. We want someone who can think creatively, bring fresh ideas and take
ownership of the brand’s digital growth.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and managing Instagram and TikTok content
• Developing creative campaign and content ideas
• Coordinating photoshoots, reels and creator content
• Building relationships with influencers, creators and relevant communities
• Helping improve the website and online customer journey
• Supporting SEO and Google search visibility
• Managing and improving Google Business Profile and Google reviews
• Coordinating with developers, photographers, designers and performance marketing teams when needed
• Following fashion, wellness and social media trends closely
• Helping increase both online sales and physical store awareness
• Monitoring performance and suggesting new ideas based on results
• Preparing a clear monthly report covering social growth, website traffic, Google visibility, SEO progress, customer
acquisition and sales performance
The brand name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
Job Requirements
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, ecommerce, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
• Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Strong fashion sense and visual taste
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working around shoots, creators, events and store activations
• Familiarity with Shopify, SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads or Meta Ads is a strong advantage
• Understanding of influencer and creator marketing
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently
• Based in Cairo, preferably close to New Cairo
• Genuine interest in fashion, wellness and lifestyle
