- Capture high-quality video footage of products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities within the bakery and production facilities.
- Edit raw video content into polished, engaging videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop compelling visual concepts that align with brand messaging.
- Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots, ensuring all technical and creative requirements are met.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal working condition.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Organize and archive video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and editing to continuously improve content quality.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably in a food production or retail environment.
- Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and pacing in video production.
