Job Description
- Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff to highlight product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote products.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to medical device sales.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
