Ensure that all manufacturing process complying with the standard and with specs
Ensure that all employee complying with GHP rules.
Follow up the R&D trial and communicate with results
Conduct daily audit on all production staff to check the compliance of GMP, GHP and HACCP
Conduct on daily basis audit on all production process
Contribute in the process of the investigation for all customer complaints
Monitoring and programing critical control points (CCP)
Visual inspection for the quality of products
Conduct training for all factory staff about food safety and quality
Prepares periodic quality reports and conducts analysis on the findings
Conduct an investigation for all non-conformities points
Test all delivered raw and packaging materials complying with company specification
Achieve the requirements for all external parties (MOH - NFSA - …...)
Inspects raw materials, packaging material intermediates and finished goods for analytical conformance to pre-established work instructions and standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in a science.
 Excellent command of English language.
 Experience 0 to 2 year
 Excellent User of MS office
