Purchasing Specialist – Mr. Tailor
About the role
Mr. Tailor is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to manage the supply of materials, tools and supplies to our branches. You will work closely with branch teams and management to make sure every branch has what it needs, on time and at the right cost.
Key responsibilities
Branch coordination
Collect and review purchase requests from branches and confirm quantities and priorities.
Make sure branches receive their supplies on time, and follow up on any shortages.
Coordinate deliveries between suppliers, the warehouse and the branches.
Supplier management
Find, evaluate and maintain a list of reliable suppliers.
Request quotations, compare offers and negotiate prices and payment terms.
Build good relationships with suppliers and follow up on delivery dates

Job Requirements
University graduate
1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to visit suppliers and warehouses when needed
