Job Description
- Research industry-related topics
- Write and review content for websites, social media pages and public communications (In arabic)
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the company's personality and tone of voice
- Monitor our social media channels and report on engagement
- Reply to comments, messages, and chat
- Identify customers needs and work towards a solution
- Create and delegate tickets to the appropriate department based on the customer enquiry
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field
- Min 1 year experience in a similar role
- HubSpot knowledge and experience is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Spoken and Written)
- Ability to create informative, versatile, and engaging content
- Insurance knowledge and background is a plus
