Job Description

  • Completes administrative duties for the Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Assists HR department with recruitment, branding and social media activities& maintaining employees records and candidates database

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English skills especially written communications
  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or administrative position
  • Strong ability in using MS Office MS Excel and MS Power point
  • Ability to work with ATS software
  • Understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
