Job Description
- Completes administrative duties for the Talent Acquisition Operations
- Assists HR department with recruitment, branding and social media activities& maintaining employees records and candidates database
Job Requirements
- Excellent English skills especially written communications
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or administrative position
- Strong ability in using MS Office MS Excel and MS Power point
- Ability to work with ATS software
- Understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
