Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Air Compressor Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of air compressor products, with a proven track record in both retail sales and channel sales. You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing sales channels, and driving revenue growth across the Egyptian market. Frequent business travel will be required to meet clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Promote and sell a full range of air compressor products to retail customers and channel partners, achieving assigned sales targets.
2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking activities.
3. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners, providing professional product consultation and after-sales support coordination.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings for clients, addressing their inquiries about product performance, installation, and maintenance.
5. Collect market intelligence on competitors, product trends, and customer needs, and provide actionable feedback to the team.
6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit records on a regular basis.
7. Participate in industry exhibitions and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the air compressor industry, with a solid background in both retail sales and channel sales operations.
3. Product Knowledge: Profound understanding of air compressor types, technical specifications, application scenarios, and maintenance basics.
4. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
5. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
6. Willingness to Travel: Able to travel frequently within Egypt and occasionally abroad for business purposes.
7. Others: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Existing customer resources or channel networks in the Egyptian industrial equipment market.
2. Experience in international trade-related sales, familiar with import and export processes of mechanical equipment.
3. Technical background in mechanical engineering, with the ability to provide basic technical support to clients.
