Job Description
- Create highly detailed MEP Designs – shop Drawings and calculations.
- Creating detailed reports and summaries of ongoing projects to keep their supervisors up-to-date.
- Prepare the proposed design drawing for projects
- Make a design proposals to achieve value engineering for projects
- Prepare the coordination drawings for projects
- Participate in the implementation of technical office policies and procedures.
- Able to Participate in resolving / reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to senior & team leader for discussion and correct resolution.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 5 to 7
- Mastering the executive plans (air conditioning - sanitary - fire)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office programs
- Mastering coordination charts
- Inventory of mechanical items
- Mechanical calculations (static pressure - pressure losses - thermal loads - shield, drainage and feeding pipes)
