Job Description
- Design and support the development of a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts, campaign visuals, Key Visuals (KVs), in-store branding materials, presentations, and internal marketing collateral.
- Assist in concept development and visual direction for marketing campaigns, working closely with senior designers and marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into creative visual outputs.
- Create KV adaptations and resizing for multiple platforms and touchpoints (social media, digital banners, in-store materials, CRM, presentations), ensuring visual consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (such as Nano Banana, Seedream4, Runway, Veo3) to generate, enhance, refine, and adapt creative assets efficiently and creatively.
- Supporting the creation, enhancement, or basic editing of AI-generated videos for campaigns and social media when required is a plus
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistent brand identity, tone, and visual quality across all materials and executions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, performance, and design teams during brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and proposing multiple design routes when required.
- Implement feedback, revisions, and amends accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, color profiles, and technical specifications.
- Support coordination with external vendors and printers when needed, including artwork checks and minor adjustments based on production requirements.
- Actively follow design trends, visual styles, and emerging AI technologies, continuously developing creative and technical skills.

Technical Skills :

- Portfolio showcasing digital and print designs, campaign visuals/KVs, and AI-assisted work.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
