About the Job
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
  • Printing waybills, invoice to be attached with shipments
  • Track all orders via delivery software, 3PL reports
  • Resolve any issues related to customers orders
  • Updating  system by  order status for the needed actions
  • Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience.
  • Suitable education degree.
