- Devising actionable strategies from business insights
- Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs
- Building regular dashboards to provide visibility on business performance
- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports
- Coach and manage junior analysts and build strong analytics team
Job Requirements
- Degree in, Business, Agriculture, or engineering.
- Prior experience within a similar role.
- Ability to possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
- Ability to put data together from multiple sources to tell a story.
- Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills.
