Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, innovative marketer to join our organization at an exciting
time of KN marketing transformation.
We are going through a period of innovation, growth, and change which requires a marketing strategy that will enable us to achieve our goals. This is a great opportunity for a strategic marketing manager to provide leadership to a high-performance team and lead on strategic projects.
Key responsibilities include to:
- Strategic marketing planning & budgeting for KN & its sister companies.
- Managing and leading the marketing team to implement the marketing plan & campaigns. Ability to coach & guide the team.
- Devise and implement innovative, effective marketing campaigns to maximize and achieve ROI across the marketing mix which includes content marketing, digital marketing, events & PR.
- Evaluate and report campaigns performance & be able to implement the necessary changes to improve performance.
- Manage relationships with relevant external suppliers (e.g. PR agencies, media agencies, printing houses, brand agencies, etc).
Job Requirements
- A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns including all elements of the marketing mix.
- Experience in team management & ability to lead teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to juggle a substantial portfolio of simultaneous campaigns.
- Marketing Budget management, data analysis, and reporting experience.
- An ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
- Experience in B2B marketing management preferably in the IT industry.
- Fluent speaking & writing in English & Arabic
- Regional marketing management experience in Saudi, UAE, or gulf markets.
- Ability to travel within the region
