Job Description
- Add all external and internal events on the reservation system (Ad astra)
- Handle all reservations for Artistic Programs (cinema, music, theater and visual arts
- Receive requests from External clients
- Provide venues’ information to the clients/ partners and tours if needed
- Handle information gathering and processing for contracts and agreements
- Coordinate all aspects of vendor relations
- Assists in payment process
- Conduct market surveys
- Summarize surveys feedback in reports
- Oversee customers’ experience
- Actively promotes and attracts external and internal clients to use TCC venues
