- 3 - 6 years experience in Customer Service.
- FLUENCY in English is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
