Job Description

  • Responsible for effective time-management of CEO in prioritizing meetings and tasks to make best use out of CEO's time.
  • Co-operating with other internal and external offices /assistants along the CEO's and VIP's schedules.
  • Following up with internal and external contacts including active reminders on deliverables according to CEO's tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Preparing presentations and meeting minutes on request of management.
  • Planning and maintaining calendar- schedule and fix executive meetings; managing and coordinating travel managements.
  • Assisting in event planning as assigned.
  • Responsible for CEO's "steering folder" on business, organization and projects in the country.
  • Confidentially handling data and information, Co-operating with Sales, Controlling and all other functional departments to keep the "steering folder" updated.
  • Accountable for special tasks/projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Assisting with preparing and moderating sales meetings, regular sales reports, etc., coordinating related meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant majors.
  • The English Language is a MUST (Fluent).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Google mail
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Very presentable and tactful.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, priorities tasks and workload, and respond to changing deadlines
