Supporting the creation of balanced scorecards for all head of functions to be used for the
performance evaluation through preparing proposals and validating with the relevant directors
Ensuring the alignment of departmental scorecards with employees’ objectives as well as ensuring that objectives are SMART
Managing the performance appraisal process for 1400+ employee for two years, including leading a small team of HR employees to ensure all forms were created, HR penalties were added to the forms, collected results were validated, and bell curve reports were generated, in addition to getting approvals and closing the process Succession Planning
Designing, creating and conducting an employee’s potentials assessment survey as well as mapped and validated the nine-box grid for the whole company
Conducting a job criticality assessment for all jobs and worked with line managers to identify
successors for critical jobs
Satisfaction Surveys
Leading the creation and implementation of two Surveys, starting from designing of survey
questions and launching and supervising data collection to analyzing data and generating the final reports and recommended action plan
Organizational Structure
Analyzing structures for assigned departments and prepared a proposal for recommended changes.
Updating departments’ structures and Head Count Reports on a monthly basis

Must Have Hand on L&D & Talent Management Operations, processes & procurers in a real estate Development for at least 2 years
Good Command of English Spoken & Written
