Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise between client and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Supervising training/program supplies and the maintenance of the equipment/tools. - Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources for each account.
- Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new Instructors.
Maintain and retain relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and
communications. - Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for the Head of Department, staying within budget and minimizing risks.
- Organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports. - Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in quick and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Ensure quality of products and services.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years in operation environment, direct operation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar subject matter.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
- Pay regular visits to our locations.
