We are seeking an authentic and passionate Customer service Manager to help us create an exceptional experience for our customers and reach the highest response time rates and client satisfaction.


 

Responsibilities

  • Create and set up a system for the customer service department
  • Train and lead the customer service agents team to assure the quality of the following duties:
     

           - Follow up with customers’ orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve any issues they might face.

           - Answer all daily questions/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email..etc).

           - Organize Return process and refund for customers wanting to return an order.

           - Respond to client's messages and respond to the customer's requests in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

           - Reach the highest rates of response time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
