Education
Masters or Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Grade 09:
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Grade 10:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.

Manages recruitment activates of all the vacancies within the organization. Ensures organized recruitment of qualified candidates against open positions through means of direct, advertisement or contracted agencies. Guarantees effective recruitment standard are achieved through implementation of policies and procedures of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Receives applications from designated recruitment source to help and create a databank of potential candidates and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
- Pre-screens applications through reconciliation against specialized job descriptions to source core competencies and compile a short list of suitable candidates for further review.
- Evaluates and confirms selected applications meet the job descriptions of specialized positions and initiates reconciliations against recommended applicants.
- Administrates, facilitates and conducts English language test to determine applicant’s suitability in dynamic working environment of the Hospital.
- Conducts and arranges pre-screening face-to-face or telephone interviews (if necessary) before recommending applications for review to the concerned departments.
- Maintains all relevant applicant data, interviews scores and candidate’s updates in the Oracle Human Resource Management System (Oracle - HRMS) application.
- Initiates Employment offer letters detailing the benefit package and eligibilities based on grades, zones &positions.
- Monitors, updates and receives the offer acceptance against generated offer letters within the established acceptance period.
- Conducts reference checks (if required) from the primary source to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Arranges and organizes Medical tests review of applicants with Family Medicine and notify applicants or agency of their suitability of employment as required.
