Job Description
- Maintains the physical environment of the music room in a clean, safe and organized manner.
- Handles stressful situations with patience, understanding, and flexibility.
- Explain and demonstrate artistic techniques.
- Evaluate and grade students' class work, performances, projects, assignments, and papers.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, or assessments.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Participate in staff meetings, conferences, workshops, school committees and team teachings.
- Monitor student’s academic performance and provide feedback to improve student learning and developmental skills.
- Maintain strong and positive working relationships with students and other teaching staffs.
- Create structured, positive, and learning environment for students.
- Prepare instruction materials based on student learning styles and interests.
- Develop interactive instructional programs to engage students in learning process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience as a Music Instructor in an international School is preferable
- Excellent command of English Language
