Job Description
- Prepare Schemes-Boards including furniture color palette, fabrics, painting and flooring samples.
- Interior Design and FF&E selection expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prepare detailed schedules and specifications for all FF&E items and material selection.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of FF&E items.
- Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD software.
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Assist in preparing 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for internal reviews.
- Develop FF&E specification documentation.
- Inspect delivered items to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar
