Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers and heaters – generators and UPS.
- Manage technical team and their usage of Electrical Equipment, firefighting, fire alarm system, maintenance of elevator systems, all the plumbing activities and the carpentry activates as well.
- Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying safety first principle)
- Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement and renovations.
- Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Supervise the implementation of the periodical maintenance plan to increase the equipments’ life time.
- Analyze the root cause of the repetitive problems and break downs with coordination of maintenance technician team to propose and take proper corrective action to ensure permanent problem solving.
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
- Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electromechanical).
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Good command of English.
- Patient and intelligent to solve problems
- Understand home automation & smart buildings technologies.
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Good skills in diagnosing faults and providing appropriate solutions.
