Our team is expanding and we are looking to add customer-focused advisors to our team and we will provide you full and comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.
This is a diverse and skilled customer-facing role where you will be responsible for resolving all customer queries to the customer’s complete satisfaction without the need to refer the customer
You will be a customer service champion, putting the customer at the center of everything you do.
- Representing the company’s services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the customers’ needs and identifying the best product or service.
- Make outbound calls with clients to follow up on service delivery
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Creating new leads and converting them into sales.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals/targets
- Bachelor's Degree is a MUST
- Previous work experience as a customer service/ advisor/ support
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is a PLUS
- Previous experience in selling over the phone and closing deals is a PLUS
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
