Job Description

Key Operational Responsibilities:

  • Managing all the Digital  marketing campaigns that promote Alameda and its hospitals
  • Develop and manage Digital Marketing strategies to achieve the Alameda’s objective
  • Responsible for online leads through the  Hospitals online channels
  • Plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Manage & optimize Alameda web sites
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websites
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, leads, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing  activities
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns/activities against set KPIs;
  • Review new technologies and keep Alameda  & Hospitals at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and experience.
  • Explore the utilization of market leading, multi-channel communication developments and technologies to keep all our audiences informed, engaged and connected with Alameda & Hospitals
  • Anticipate Digital future demands and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and formulate action plans where necessary.
  • Provide consultation to colleagues in the creation of innovative content plans to engage audiences in a social media space.
  • Play an active role in any committees and working groups where digital guidance is required. This may include working on cross Hospitals and entities projects.
  • Allocate and manage third parties and agencies

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in managing websites, social media, PPC. SEM,SEO and Google analytic
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Solid track record in segmented leads, conversion and awareness campaigns
  • Experience of seeding content on social media, interacting with followers and creating ‘buzz’.
  • Experience of working with industry social influence rs
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and trends for solutions and recommendations
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good level of numeric and analytical skill
