Job Description
- Initiate evaluation of an opportunity to complete for a contract through the production of a bid.
- Responsible for managing bids in response to request for proposals from customers.
- Co-ordinate all internal parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are.
- Ensure the smooth running of the bid for opportunities within the correct time and financial parameters.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value proposition.
- Reflecting company’s services and abilities.
- Responsible for submitting a complete bid to an existing or prospective clients.
- Responsible for preparing the documentation and presentations.
- Ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and - crucially – compelling
- Ensure that all the standard documents are delivered with the proposal
Job Requirements
- Preferred to have Infrastructure Technologies background
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Communication Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Negotiations Skills
- Excellent analysis and decision making skills
- Excellent time management
- Presentable
