Job Description
Sales Reports:
- Periodic Reports: prepares and presents monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports covering SKUs, territories and sales teams’ performance.
- Sales team Feedback: work closely with sales team to explore feedback gathered from the market regarding the company’s brands and products.
Distributors:
- Distributors Network: Maintain a fair relation with current distributors, and help sales teams expand the company’s network by introducing potential suppliers.
- Products: ensure availability and proper display of products whenever applicable at distributors’ shops.
Trade Promotions:
- Recommendations: receives and analyses trade promotions proposed by traders or sales teams.
Communication:
- Manages Point of sales Promotional & Branding materials’ production through proper communication and follow up on Suppliers and quotations.
- Manages stocks of Promotional & Branding Materials, and the distribution of all items to their respective channel. (Sales team, Distributors & Clients)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or Marketing
- 2-4 years Sales Analysis or Trade Marketing experience
- Very good with numbers
- Experienced user of Microsoft Excel & power point
- SAP user is preferred
