- Review the sanitation programs of lines and areas and follow up execution.

- Following production from the sampling stage till passing the final inspection.
- Provide technical support to ensure product quality during the manufacturing process.
- Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards. Timely sampling & analysis of raw materials,
- drinking water, industrial wastewater, and any other required parameters.
- Timely sampling & analysis of tomato and fruits from the trucks related the standard.
- Ensuring tests are done records are updated as per Good Documentation practice.
- Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in awareness sessions to employee for Quality management systems.
- Fulfill the customer requirements against quality requirements within the agreed time as per SOP. Perform other duties as assigned by management
