Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Manage and monitor accommodations, offices and premises renting requests (Rents of houses, offices ….etc) and maintenance for offices and locations.
  • Revise and monitor activities of pay bills; rents, electricity, gas, phones, internet….etc. and ensure control and optimum costs is always met.
  • Overseeing administration operations, tracking progress towards company goals and Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Prepare and update policies that ensure Security and general discipline in offices and locations.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and Provide support to team members to resolve their problems
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Plan, monitor and coordinate all admin activities (Contracts, buildings, maintenance …etc)
  • Coordinate all admin works related to civil Protection institution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must (additional studies is preferred).
  • Minimum 15 -20 years’ experience in Administrative Affairs field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Strong planning & organizing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Courses in business administration, industrial management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
