Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services offered by the BPO company.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage prospects and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation.
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in the company's offerings, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Use telesales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Build rapport with customers and address their questions, concerns, and objections in a courteous and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of sales inquiries, feedback, and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the telesales manager or team leader.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, overcome challenges, and achieve collective goals.
- Stay informed about the products, services, and promotional offers available from the BPO company to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all telesales activities.
Job Requirements

- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor to build rapport with customers.
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and objections professionally and continue pursuing sales opportunities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or telesales software for call management and data entry.
