Job Description
- Main Responsibility Shop Drawings, Invoices , Material Submittals of Projects Electrical & Mechanical works.
- Coordinate with Main contractor, consultant and owner project management.
- Determining client’s requirements and translating them into an actionable plan .
- Coordinate with the other discipline and review the MEP design.
- Reviewing the material specification received from suppliers and com
- Coordination with systems supplier and subcontractor to follow specifications and shop drawings.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff
- Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed
- Represent company in regard to the MEP process at weekly Owners and contractors meetings
- Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings
Job Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's degree ( Electrical power – Mechanical power )
- 5-8 Years' Experience in Technical office Electromechanical works.
- Very Good in English
- Excellent in Revit and Autocad
- Ability to work as a co-operative team member
- Work under pressure
