Senior Influencer Marketing Associate

The Influencer Senior Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand's influencer marketing campaigns. They build a team of influencer partners for the brand, manage communications, and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns.

• Recruit, manage and analyze the performance of digital collaborators and influencers
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identify successes and areas for improvement
