Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description:

• The Product Manager is responsible for gathering and challenging business requirements and translating them into solutions with the guidance of our Head of Engineering.
• The Product Manager has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between business stakeholders and the developers. 
• The role will require working closely with business stakeholders, implementation team and integration/development, and quality assurance teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a consultant to the business with your advanced knowledge in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Community.
• Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.
• Provide a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
• Collaborate and manage a team of Salesforce Developers and Engineers to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
• Stay up to date and well informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
• Share best practices and be consultative to business stakeholders throughout the duration of any delivery – act as a trusted partner.
• Lead Daily Stand-ups and manage the backlog grooming process.
• Coordinate and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth enhancement and project delivery.
