Job Description
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP);
- Monitoring raw materials’ and finished products’ inventory levels and launching all raw materials Purchase Requests (PR) according to shortages and MRP;
- Issuing all Purchase Orders (PO) to the selected suppliers and follow up the receiving of purchased items;
- Choosing suppliers and evaluating new and existing suppliers and negotiating agreements with them;
- Collecting orders from sales department and arranging delivery dates with them;
- Planning and preparing the production schedule in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability;
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules;
- Preparing the required materials at warehouse for every work order;
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities;
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials;
- Maintaining warehouse records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation;
- Issuing Packing List and following up orders’ fulfillment;
- Compiling status and performance reports (Finished products – WIP – Deliveries - Shortage) and submitting them to management in a timely manner;
- Ensuring compliance to Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Job Requirements
Education B.Sc. of Production Engineering (CPIM knowledge is a plus)
Experience 2-3 years Computer Skills MS office is a must
