Responsibilities;
- Understand the company products extensively and develop the ability to describe and upsell the products across a wide range of platforms
- Follow and analyze market trends and competitors to better position products
- Craft compelling visuals and messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, emails and more)
- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement growth strategies
- Test marketing activities across various platforms to conclude best practices
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and monitoring performance periodically with feedback from existing and prospective customers
- Create/own the product’s go-to-market strategy focusing on growth and converting users into paying customers
- Manage a marketing budget to improve efficiencies continuously e.g. cost of acquisition, churn rate, conversion rate, MQL, etc.
- Oversee the creation of content about the product, including videos, blog posts, emails, webinars, print material
- Oversee customer experience, developing continuous improvements
- Manage all relevant tools and platforms (Hubspot, Amplitude, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) in terms of content and performance
- Align communication across internal teams, including Growth, sales, HR and other stakeholders who will need to drive messages to their corresponding customers
Job Requirements
Requirements and skills;
- 5 to 7 years proven experience as a Marketing Manager,
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
- Experience in running campaigns, working with other teams, and building dashboards.
- Familiar with product marketing tactics.
- Key player.
