For a leading chain of Vein Clinics in Egypt, we are hiring for a position of “Warehouse Specialist - Odoo User ” for our Office branch in Alexandria - Mahatet El raml.
VACANCY:
We are hiring Warehouse Specialist for Raw Materials as per the following details:
- Job Location: Warehouse Specialist “Odoo user is a must”
- Location: Alexandria - Mahatet El- Raml
Job Purpose:
Warehouse Specialist to ensure that the daily functions and procedures of warehouse, such as :
- Distribution of raw materials for production ,
- Run smoothly and efficiently from shipping and receiving to maintaining inventory,
- The Warehouse Specialist must keep close tabs on all facets of warehouse operations
A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee receiving raw materials:
- Fulfilling orders, packaging items for production and arranging delivery pickups
- Responsible for monitoring the loading and unloading of materials
- Verifying the quantity of items received against invoices
- Tasked with keeping detailed receiving and dispatching logs for all materials that enter and leave the warehouse
2. Organize Storage Areas
- Responsible for organizing how and where materials are stored.
- Creating an efficient system and keeping a clean warehouse space
Perform physical verification of inventory
Maintain, manage and update inventory controls
3. Monitor Inventory
- Monitor inventory levels in a warehouse. When supplies become low or run out they will alert iVien Clinic's planning and Supply Teams about their needs
- Inspect work areas to ensure established policies, procedures and safety practices are observed
- Sorting, picking, packing and confirmation of orders
- Provide general purchasing data support for cost saving reductions
- Work closely with other teams or departments to exchange information and solve problems
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting work methods, own schedule, and behavior in response to ambiguity, new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles
- Conduct quality checks on work-in-process on a timely manner to assure that it conforms to quality standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in medical approvals, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., electronic health records, insurance claim systems).
- Proven work experience, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
