Job Description
- Support sales processes via phone calls to the customers and new leads.
- Introducing the organization's services to customers to follow up with further steps of the sales process to our customer service department
Job Requirements
- 1 years’ experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone
- systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Ability to work in a team
- ability to work on new Projects
- Very Good Command in English in both skills written and speaking
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Target Oriented
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent
- Rotational Shifts & Weekends
