Job Description

  • Support sales processes via phone calls to the customers and new leads.
  • Introducing the organization's services to customers to follow up with further steps of the sales process to our customer service department

Job Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service.
  • Track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone
  • systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Ability to work in a team
  • ability to work on new Projects
  • Very Good Command in English in both skills written and speaking
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Target Oriented
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent
  • Rotational Shifts & Weekends
