Job Description
Seeking a Senior Linux System Admin with 4+ Years of extensive experience in Linux/UNIX systems administration (especially RHEL, Oracle Linux, CentOS, etc.) for a well-known Telecom Operator in the Gulf region (KSA), able to build, automate and support mission-critical large-scale infrastructure systems, and has an excellent understanding of the administration of Linux/UNIX systems, shell scripting, in addition to Python/ Go/ Ruby Language.
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the DevOps space
- Understanding OS, Systems security/encryption
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and managing web servers: Nginx, Apache
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and administration for open-source DB (Postgres, MySQL, and MariaDB)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Routing, and VPN)
- Expert in SSL and management with packages and operating systems mentioned
