Job Description
- Handling contracts (Drafting, reviewing all types of agreements, tender documents, contracts, and third party relations) and report the findings and feedback to the head of department for validation.
- Manage litigation by Follow up company legal issues in terms of lawsuits against/from the clients, Police reports, cases & governmental communications & representing the companies in front the Egyptian Court for legal cases handling all litigation procedures.
- Liaise and monitoring with relevant departments to ensure where legal risk have been appropriate courses of action have been taken
- Monitoring the client company's operation process and insure in line with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the compliance policies and procedures.
- Support head of department in Corporate Meetings: Manages the process of General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings, draft the minutes, and ensure its proper execution of documentation & get appropriate approvals GAFI Authority
- Prepare Monthly – Quarterly – Annual Reports to company's legal departments updates - Manage HQ and branches permit, licenses & commercial records validity, and renewals
- Legal department internal documents control
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Membership in the Egyptian Bar Association is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Males only
- License to practice law.
- Up-to-date with the new laws and developments.
- Should be excellent in Documentation / Contracting papers
