Job Description
- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), …etc. to take into consideration all the project details.
- Collect all required samples from procurement and achieve required approvals.
- Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
- Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
- Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Prepare in Tendering projects.
- Prepare in cost break down for project items.
- Prepare the construction method statements.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and from (1) to (4) years of experience as a technical office engineer is required for consideration.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD.
