Job Description
A-Drafting Legal Documents
- Prepare and review commercial agreements, legal notices and various other legal documents and ensure the compliance of all local laws and ensure proper execution.
- Study, advise, review, develop, draft policies, procedures, guidelines and contracts and confirm their compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Communicate latest regulatory requirements to business for inclusion in the revised template, review and approve new/updated legal templates if required
B-Legal Counselling
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or pursuing lawsuit
- Act as a risk litigant and custodian of the interests of the company
- Support complex contract negotiations and advise on commercial sales and development agreements,
- Provide inputs while translating business needs into appropriate legal framework
- To assist the head of legal in relation to regulating reporting requirements and ensure proper performance of tasks as assigned by the head of legal.
- Draft and solidify agreements and other legal documents to ensure that legal risk is covered.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Excellent business communication and presentation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good English
- 0-1 years' of legal experience
- Analytical, methodical and pro-active approach to problem solving.
