Job Description

  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Responsible for the negotiation processes.
  • Consult clients on market conditions.
  • Making market research about the new projects in the market.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects.
  • Updating a weekly report (productivity report).
  • Hold visits with potential buyers to different project locations.
  • Follow up with Development Companies to get updated availability. 

Job Requirements

  • +5 Years Experience in Real Estate Department.
  • Bachelor's Degree, in any related Field “ Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration”
  • Good Calculation Skills.
  • Adaptive.
  • Ability to move outside the office.
