Job Description
- Sell TMG’s products using comprehensive negotiations.
- Maintain effective business relationships and build rapport with customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through referrals/cold calling.
- Achieve sales targets and commit to deadlines.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential business opportunities, and track sales and status reports.
- Provide the Top Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
- Submit orders in compliance with price lists and product knowledge and shift/ convey customers to the concerned department to top off the sales process
- Submit the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual results reports.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to Top Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in UAE, KSA's Real Estate field.
- Work location-based in KSA, Jeddah
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and being a team player.
- Flexible to work in different locations.
- Customer Oriented.
