Job Description

  • Sell TMG’s products using comprehensive negotiations.
  • Maintain effective business relationships and build rapport with customers.
  • Reach out to customer leads through referrals/cold calling.
  • Achieve sales targets and commit to deadlines.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential business opportunities, and track sales and status reports.
  • Provide the Top Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
  • Submit orders in compliance with price lists and product knowledge and shift/ convey customers to the concerned department to top off the sales process
  • Submit the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual results reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to Top Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in UAE, KSA's Real Estate field.
  • Work location-based in KSA, Jeddah
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and being a team player.
  • Flexible to work in different locations.
  • Customer Oriented.
