Job Description
- Manage fleet drivers assign job orders, and ensure their commitment.
- Ensure the adherence of fleet operations according to the assigned order & plans.
- Following up & handling the major issues released (trucks shortage, delay, extra cost, needed cash payment).
- Ensure the maintaining of fleet database (trucks, drivers, vendors) and their compliance with company rules.
- Ensure the updating of fleet system with the accurate date.
- Manage the creation of drivers profiles on system & assigning job orders.
- Manage any new projects related to fleet by making visits to external sites, gathering information and requirements.
- Responsible for generating status report on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
- Make weekly visits for external sites.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work with and secure confidential information.
- Driving license.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the transportation industry.
- Flexible, organized and responsive to changing business needs.
- Minimum 3 Years experience as Distribution Coordinator.
- Very good command of English language (spoken & written).
- Very good Microsoft Office capabilities.
