Job Description

Role brief:

We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This position provides proactive and timely HR support as well as guidance for our divisions focusing on recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, company policy and procedure, and performance management.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
  • Posting job openings, reviewing applicants, and conducting interviews with potential hires.
  • Maintaining records of all active job openings and receiving applications.
  • Providing new hires with the appropriate paperwork and details of their new role.
  • Oversee the preparation of employment registers and ensures the safekeeping of recruitment files.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation in order to design new courses or modify existing ones.
  • Build and maintain organization charts with rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of policies and procedures
  • Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees' performance in an accurate manner
  • Direct and maintain employee engagement strategies and activities to improve the employee experience and overall retention.

Job Requirements

 

Education : 

Bachelor's degree in or related fields

Experience: 

0: 2 Years of experience

Computer Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). 
  • Good user of the Visio application.

Language: 

Excellent Command of English language skills.

Technical Tools: 

  • Experience in OD, Training, and Employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management and Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
