Job Description

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them the concerned employee or department.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing and sorting daily mail.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and equipment.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Create and manage both digital and hard-copy filing systems for all employees and visitors
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the Administrative Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree & Proven experience as receptionist or front desk agent.
  • Excellent Command of English & MS Office Package.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Presentable appearance and attitude.
  • Females Only.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
