Job Description
- Arrange phone calls and welcoming visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Distributes emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Handle logistics Tasks (Couriers – custom clearance).
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, fax, maintaining records, office internet and electricity bills.
- Manage travel booking and arrange meeting room reservations.
- Assist with Events’ administrative duties as needed.
- Handle required registrations.
- Timely reporting as required to support other teams.
- Handle tasks as requested by top management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent field.
- 3+ years previous experience as Administrative assistant / Logistics is an advanced
- Fluent in written & spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills is a must.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
